Charles Green (Strategy, Sales and Growth)
Founder
Charles Green is an experienced and successful bootstrapper and entrepreneur having started and led a number of businesses to eight figure exits. He has over 30 years global experience founding, bootstrapping, building and growing businesses in media, events, data, analytics and research across both the financial services and technology sectors. He has successfully founded and built businesses in London, Toronto, Dubai, Singapore, HK and Sydney.
As well as leading and building businesses globally he is an experienced keynote speaker, podcast host and author.
Chloé James is a live event MC, panel facilitator and interviewer, with a focus on business, entrepreneurship and leadership. Her hosting roles range from intimate 50-person executive level forums - to 15,000+ delegate attended conferences.
A former Sky News television Anchor, Chloé has lived and worked all over the world and interviewed some of the most successful business people globally, on business trends, strategy, success and leadership.
She ran the global Media, PR and Communications division during the growth of one of Australia's fastest growing companies, is an independent communications consultant, co-hosts a range of podcasts, and is a Non-executive Director.
Geoff Huegill (Performance Management)
Geoff ‘ Skippy’ Huegill is the founder of O performance, a brand ambassador and has successfully founded and built a number of performance coaching businesses. Geoff specialises in helping founders deal with the mental pressure of bootstrapping, key executive and personal motivation and team development. He is an Australian Olympian and two time Olympic medallist as well as a former Commonwealth gold medallist and champion, six times world champion and eight time world record holder.
Eleena Broadfoot (Strategy and Finance)
Eleena Broadfoot is an experienced bootstrap CFO. Having started her career working with Sir Richard Branson she recently worked with legendary bootstrapper Marcia Kilgore at Beauty Pie as CFO. Prior to that she held CFO roles at Ubio, Funding Circle, RFI and Paysme. Eleena provides both hands on financial guidance especially on cashflow management and also strategic advice to bootstrapped businesses.
Christophe Ovaere (Marketing, Sales and Growth)
Chris is an experienced bootstrapper and CMO. He co-founded Zappi in 2013 and bootstrapped it to a successful exit in 2016. He is hugely experienced as both a CMO and a Chief Growth Officer working with both bootstrapped and investor led start ups to help them scale and is passionate on innovation through disruptive technology
Karl Saynor (Product Design and Build, UX)
Karl is an experienced SVP of product and has over 20 year’s experience of working with founders to help them identify, design and build their MVP. He specialises in UX, customer experience, fintech and AI across e-commerce, retail and media. Karl’s recently helped bootstrap several start-ups including linqia.com, dugout.com and jackburton.ai
Luke Janssen (Sales, Growth, Strategy)
Luke cofounded Tigerspike in 2005 which he bootstrapped to a team of 300 and $50M in revenue with offices in Tokyo San Fran New York Dubai Singapore Sydney and Melbourne before fully exiting in 2017. Luke is a serial entrepreneur and passionate that everyone should start their own business at least once in life
Kevin Kimber (Growth, Sales, Scaling)
Kevin is a seasoned entrepreneur, bootstrapper and growth expert. One of the founding team of Service Now which he helped grow from scratch to $140M ARR, he later scaled global subscription leader Zuora before leading the fintech Rimilia. Most recently as exec chairman he helped bootstrap Wawa fertility from start up to £2m ARR. He is passionate about helping founders bootstrap to success helping scale operations, drive revenue and build sustainable businesses
